Obamacare survived one trip to the Supreme Court, and its second visit is now scheduled for early next year.
The nation's highest court said Monday it will hear the case of King v. Burwell on March 4, 2015.
The case raises the question of whether the government can legally provide insurance subsidies to people who enroll through the federally run HealthCare.gov, which serves two-thirds of the country.
The court agreed in early November to hear the case, but had not set a trial date until now.
