The U.S. porn industry is a $14 billion business, and the U.S. gun industry is a $38 billion business, both roughly speaking.
And sometimes, the two meet in spectacular fashion.
Both the Adult Entertainment Expo and the SHOT Show are taking place in Las Vegas this week, bringing both industries' marquee events together in the most logical place in America.

"People that shoot guns, you have people that are against you, who are against guns, so you know, people get judged. People who are against porn, they judge us, so we're both in industries where people judge us thinking that there's something wrong," said Jesse, the iconic star better known by her former nom de porn, Jesse Jane.
And as her fellow star Bonnie Rotten points out, both industries are lucky enough to enjoy strong demand even in a weak economy.
"No matter what, people are going to find a way to buy either of these products," Rotten said.
