One Wall Street veteran is bullish on the stock market, but is issuing a warning about energy stocks.

Scott Black, Founder and President of Delphi Management, told CNBC's "Power Lunch" on Monday he is avoiding oil stocks. "I am out of them. Zero," Black said.

Black blames geopolitics for his negative view on energy.

"We must consider the destabilizing effect of ISIS," Black said.

Oil was last trading up ahead of the blizzard in the Northeast.
