To date, Trader Joe's has not received complaints of anyone falling ill from the recalled items, which shipped to stores nationwide.

Following the detection, Trader Joe's removed all lots of the walnuts from shelves and plans to suspend sales of these products while the FDA and involved manufacturers continue investigating.
