U.S. Global Investors rings NYSE opening bell

U.S. Global Investors celebrated the investment management company's first ETF by ringing the New York Stock Exchange's opening bell Monday.

Its exchange-traded fund, the Global Jets ETF, which officially launched late last week, trades under the ticker symbol "JETS."

The ETF focuses on the companies related to air travel, including commercial airlines and aircraft manufacturers, according to U.S. Global Investors.

Frank Holmes, who's been the firm's CEO since 1989, rang the opening bell.
