Lightning Round: This stock is dead in the water

It's that time again! The Lightning Round bell has rung, and Jim Cramer gives his take on a few favorite audience stocks:

General Dynamics: "I like General Dynamics, you pushed it hard last week. Notice that Lockheed Martin moved hard, too. These are about exports of military, I like it."

J.C. Penney: "I think J.C. Penney is dead in the water, frankly. In the meantime I think Target can go substantially higher. That's the one my charitable trust owns. Target, not J.C. Penney."

Sprouts: "The space is too crowded. I respect Sprouts as an operator the way I respect Whole Foods as an operator, but Target's in there, Costco's in there. The space is too darned crowded."

Waste Management: "I know the U.S. economy is not doing strong enough to be able to propel that stock back to $55, but I am not going to back away from Steiner. I think the stock can trade down to $48-$47 and you pull the trigger."

United Continental Holdings Inc: "We know today that it looks like we got from Southwest Air a little bit of a different tone than we got from Gary Kelly of American Airlines who was on "Mad Money" last week. We've got to see May numbers. After we see May numbers, if they come down a little bit—buy, buy, buy."
