It's that time again! The Lightning Round bell has rung, and Jim Cramer gives his take on a few favorite audience stocks:

Duke Energy & Con Ed: "They're both the same stock, they all trade the same. They are part of a utility ETF, that's what happens. It is really painful. I like them both, but it's going to take the first rate increase before they start rolling."

Opwer, Inc: "I don't like these narrow focused cloud-based plays. You know I like Salesforce.com, let's leave it at that."

Juno Therapeutics: "It looks like that cancer lineup is much better than I thought it was at one time. Pfizer should have bought them, it would have been good. Juno is a good one, we focused on immunotherapy. This is one of the better ones, along with Blue Bird."

Karyopharm Therapeutics: "This one is also a good one. It has come down a lot, I think that it shouldn't be down as much as it is. But remember, it's really really speculative not unlike Juno."
