Poll: Should the Fed go to negative rates?

The Fed raised interest rates on Dec. 16, and since then:

• The Dow is down 10%
  
• Yields on 10-year US Treasurys have gone from 2.28% to 1.53%
• Gold has risen 16%

Which has raised the question for lots of investors: did the Fed make a mistake, and what should it do next?
