Several recalls were announced this week, including a recall of more than 202,000 Ford vehicles.

Ford pickups, SUVs, cars
Items recalled: Ford recalled 202,000 vehicles, including 2011 and 2012 F-150s and the 2012 Expedition, Mustang and Lincoln Navigator.
Why: A software problem may cause the automatic transmissions to suddenly downshift to first gear. The transmission problem has resulted in three crashes but no injuries.
More details: Dealers will inspect the sensors and address the problem by either updating the software or replacing a part.
Ford Explorers
Items recalled: The company is also recalling more than 81,000 Explorer SUVs.
Why: The suspension links may fracture, resulting in a rear suspension problem. The problem has resulted in one crash and an injury.
More details: Dealers will replace the left and right rear suspension. The rear suspension will be aligned for free.
One World Technologies snow blowers
Items recalled: The company issued a recall of 300 Ryobi 40-Volt Brushless Snow Blowers, including 370 in Canada.
Why: One World has received two reports of the snow blowers overheating. One consumer reported seeing flames. No injuries have been reported to date.
More details: The snow blowers were sold on Home Depot's website from November 2015 through February 2016. The snow blower cost $280 on its own and $350 with a kit, including a lithium ion battery and charger. Consumers can return the product to One World Technologies for a full refund.

Stile Products folding bicycles
Items recalled: The company recalled 220 Tern folding bicycles, including Eclipse S11i and Verge S11i, X10, X20 and X30h models.
Why: The bicycle's frame can crack, posing a fall hazard to riders. Stile Products has received four reports of cracked frames, resulting in minor scrapes, bruises, and one sprained shoulder.
More details: The bicycles were sold nationwide at authorized Stile/Tern dealers from January 2012 to April 2016, costing between $1,800 and $3,000. Consumers can take the bicycle to an authorized dealer to receive a free frame, installed at no cost.

7-Eleven Fresh to Go Cookies
Items recalled: Glenn Wayne Wholesale Bakery and Bakery Express of Southern California issued a recall of select 7-Eleven Fresh to Go cookies, including chocolate chunk cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, and sugar cookies with M&M chocolate candy.
Why: The cookies may contain undeclared peanuts, posing a serious risk to those with peanut allergies. No illnesses have been reported to date.
More details: The cookies by Glenn Wayne Wholesale Bakery were sold at 7-Eleven stores throughout New York state. The cookies by Bakery Express of Southern California were sold at 7-Eleven Stores throughout southern California, including Los Angeles, San Diego and Bakersfield. Consumers can return the cookies to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Southeastern Grocers' Bakery Crème Cakes
Items recalled: The company issued a recall of 32-ounce Bakery Crème Cakes and 14-ounce Bakery Sliced Crème Cakes.
Why: The cakes may contain undeclared peanuts, posing a serious risk to those with peanut allergies. No illnesses have been reported to date.
More details: The cakes were sold at all BI-LO, Harveys and Winn-Dixie stores throughout Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina between April 11 and April 26. Consumers can return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Items recalled: CSM Bakery Solutions issued a voluntary recall of Chick-fil-A Chocolate Chunk Cookies.
Why: The cookies may contain undeclared peanuts, posing a risk to those with allergies. The flour used in the cookies may have been exposed to peanuts. No illnesses have been reported to date.
More details: Consumers who have purchased the cookies can return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.

CRF Frozen Foods Frozen Vegetables
Items recalled: CRF Frozen Foods issued a voluntary recall of 15 types of frozen vegetables, including Organic by Nature's Organic Green Peas and Wellsley Farms Organic's Organic Mixed Veg.
Why: The frozen vegetables may be contaminated by Listeria, which can lead to serious and potentially fatal infections in those with weakened immune systems. No illnesses have been reported to date.
More details: The products were distributed to retailers in 35 states, as well as parts of Canada, between Sept. 15, 2015, and March 16, 2016. Consumers are advised to return the products to the place of purchase for a refund.

Gold Emblem Abound's Organic Spiced Herbal Tea
Items recalled: CVS Pharmacy issued a voluntary recall of select cases of its Gold Emblem Abound's Organic Spiced Herbal Tea.
Why: The tea may be contaminated by Salmonella, posing a serious and potentially fatal infection in those with weakened immune systems. No illnesses have been reported to date.
More details: The product was sold at CVS Pharmacy stores nationwide. About 200 units were sold before the recall was issued. A "do not sell" block in store register systems will help prevent any further purchases. The recalled tea has a best by date of "18 Mar 2018." No other best-by dates are affected.
