Wall Street is divided on what to with Lululemon.

Bank of America reinstated a sell on the yoga-inspired retailer, while Guggenheim and Telsey Advisory Group rate the stock as a buy.

As the athleisure trend gains popularity among millennials, shares have rallied almost 17-percent year-to-date.

The "Halftime Report" experts debate how to play Lululemon.

Pete Najarian and Joe Terranova are bullish on the stock.

Najarian points to strong growth and management changes as bullish catalysts. "[Management] is doing extremely well; they are making money and going after growth," Najarian said. He also noted strength in direct-to-customer sales.

Terranova believes the stock is fairly priced and heading higher. "If you're going to look at shares of Lululemon within the next six months, I'd argue more with the bullish sentiment that this stock has seen most of its negativity," he said.

Josh Brown, on the other hand, is not a buyer. "When you have Nike as aggressive as they are and new athleisure brands coming along, I'm not sold that what Lululemon does is so differentiated," according to Brown.

Sarat Sethi recommends holding shares of Lululemon. "Look to buy on pullbacks" he urged.
