Cramer: Uber has completely destroyed the car rental industry

It's that time again! Jim Cramer rang the lightning round bell, which means he gave his take on caller favorite stocks at rapid speed:

Hertz: "I read all those activists ... I'm not there. I think this industry is being destroyed Uber, OK. I'm going to put this out there and say it. I don't want to touch it because of Uber, that's why."

National Oilwell Varco: "Holy cow, this stock has now bottomed ... I do not have a case to buy it because my charitable trust owns Schlumberger, but I understand and I see the bottom."

Illumina: "Illumina missed the quarter and Thermo Fisher made the quarter. TMO with Marc Casper [CEO] is who you bet on."

Westlake Chemical Corp: "Why do you need that? Dow and DuPont are merging. With Ed Breen running the company, come on let's not overthink it."

Time Warner: "Time Warner, that's run by Jeff Bewkes. He is a great American and we are representatives of Bewkes America. We are buyers."
