ISM manufacturing index falls to 52.1, lowest level since October 2016

CNBC's Rick Santelli reports on ISM manufacturing data for the month of May, which fell to its lowest levels since October of 2016. The data sent markets briefly lower as another sign of uncertainty in the market.
