Paychex September small business report shows slow increase in hiring

Paychex is out with its September report on small business employment. It shows an increase in hiring in the past month, the first national increase since May, however, hiring is still down over three percent year-over-year. Marty Mucci, CEO of Paychex, joins "Squawk Box" to discuss.
