No. 2 -  Biggest Tech IPO Since Google

You may have never heard of the company and you probably won't ever buy its products, but VMware's IPO Tuesday will likely be the biggest technology debut since Google in 2004. Shares of EMC Corp. (EMC), the majority owner of VMware soared more than 7% in anticipation of pricing Monday evening. What's the trade as the IPO hits the market Tuesday?

Guy Adami explains that VMware is software that’s said to revolutionize the way major corporations manage their computer systems. He calls it cutting edge technology because it reduces the number of servers a corporation needs.

Guy recommends owning EMC rather than playing the IPO. He says it’s a great company "in and of itself."

Eric Bolling and Pete Najarian agree.
