ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. June 2, 2008---CNBC, First in Business Worldwide, today announced that real-time quotes for stocks traded on the NASDAQ will be available on CNBC.com and CNBC Mobile, beginning immediately.

CNBC will be the only provider for real-time NASDAQ market data on television, the Internet and mobile devices.

CNBC.com, the fastest growing financial news web site, will include an option that will enable NASDAQ stock quotes to be updated continuously on a real-time basis.

CNBC.com and CNBC Mobile will use a new service from the NASDAQ, "Nasdaq Last Sale," that was launched this morning.
