All current signs point to another chaotic summer for the markets. Najarian points at that at these extreme levels of volatility (with many days breaking 100 and 200 averages) and notes that it's a trader's market -- and if you're an investor, you should not worry about the minute-to-minute highs and lows. If you're a trader, however, there are opportunities out there, such as coal.
