Lightning Round: Energy, Big Media and Farm Equipment

Wednesday, 9 Jul 2008 | 12:32 AM ET

Here are Cramer's calls in Tuesday's Lightning Round.CONSOL Energy Inc.
Although this stock was hit hard today in an ugly panic, Cramer isn't sure it's bottomed and believes the best way to test the low is to -- as usual -- "Buy Buy Buy!"

Time Warner
After remarking on the chaotic nature media and its recent signs of rallying, Cramer suggests Comcastis still a better Buy than TWX, after a very strong quarter.

NYSE Euronext
On this, Cramer freely admits supporting this lemon was "one of the worst things I've ever done in the show... It's been a disaster... I can't buy NYX."

Ariba, Inc.
"The Net's good... Ariba is good." And so's Google, Yahooand Research in Motion .

Chesepeake Energy Corporation
"This is the big litmus test, the big test of all natural gas." Cramer's recommended it for four years. They issued 25 million shares after the bell. If it and the other natural gases hold, "you're going to get a leg up." If not, "we're suffering catfish."

Deere
He bought some today for charitable trust despite the beating it's taken -- 30 points down. Cramer predicts a worldwide bumper crop after the current famine and farmers will have money. A tough call, since it's tied into energy and steel, but it's a Buy for Jim.
