5-Star Manager's Portfolio Plan

How does a five-star fund manager approach investing when uncertainty is high?

Recommendations:

So what are the top five holdings in Perks's portfolio, and why?

"Canadian Oil Sands [COSWF  Loading...      ()   ] has been a tremendous performer, really driven by the oil-price performance the last several years," he said.  "Others, like Pfizer [PFE  Loading...      ()   ], have been a little bit tougher, a little bit more of a long-term value play, with the creation of new drugs there over time."

Also at the top of Perks's portfolio are AT&T [T  Loading...      ()   ], Intel [INTC  Loading...      ()   ] and Dominion Resources [D  Loading...      ()   ].
