Lightning Round: Marathon, MetLife, Sonic and More

Thursday, 17 Jul 2008 | 7:03 PM ET

Ferrellgas Partners : Cramer likes the 10% yield FGP offers.

Energy Conversion Devices : As oil comes down, “Energy Conversion Devices is one of the absolute finest alternative-energy plays.” Cramer likes this company.

Lightning Round
You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

AT&T : “You have to buy this stock.” AT&T is too cheap at $31, Cramer said.

MetLife : This “high-quality insurer” is one of the best in the world, Cramer said. He would buy more MET on this decline.

Marathon Oil : This great name at a 52-week low is a “travesty,” Cramer said. “I want to buy, buy, buy Marathon.”

Sonic : Raw costs are just high for restaurants companies right now. So Cramer can’t recommend Sonic.
