Gary Sullivan Fake Satisfaction of Mortgage

Cox faked this Satisfaction of Mortgage, claiming that Gary Sullivan (an identity Cox stole from a homeless man) had paid off his mortgage, then used this satisfaction document to gain loans on the house. But it wasn’t all work and no play. Note the faked name of the bank’s vice president: Montgomery C. Burns. It’s a play on the name of the billionaire on the animated series The Simpsons: C. Montgomery Burns.
