Shana Orczyk, research analyst at Peak Financial Management, said if we have not hit the market bottom yet, we're close.
“Traditionally bottoms are best illustrated by increased uncertainty and high levels of volatility,” she said. “What we’ve seen over the past few days is three times the average volatility over the past 15 years, so to me that’s a definite buy signal.”
Orczyk sees opportunities in healthcare, consumer stapes and technology.
“Particularly I like Apple [AAPL

]; I don’t think that’s quite as exposed to corporate spending,” she told CNBC.
