Now that the $819 billion economic stimulus bill has passed the House, it moves on to the Senate where changes are expected.

But whether it's in its current form or with added tweaks, Americans want to know how - and when - they are going to feel it, and if the package will be enough to jumpstart us out of the economic crisis.
