Right now just having a job is enough to be thankful for. But what about all those who are just miserable at work?

OTM Web Extra
CNBC's Carmen Wong Ulrich helps viewers manage their personal finances in this On the Money Web Extra.

That's the case with Brad from New Jersey. He called the show last night feeling guilty that he's so unhappy at his job when so many others are being laid off. Still, he says he's underappreciated by his colleagues, especially after finding out everyone else in the office received 10 times the amount of his bonus!

Workplace911's Bob Rosner has this piece of advice for Brad: don't leave yourself out of the office politics. Watch the web-exclusive video to hear Bob explain how everyone gets two grades at work: a grade on quality and a grade on politics. You need to be aware of both.
