SKBA Capital Management's Andy Bischel works in San Francisco, with a view across the bay, but he'd really rather check out the view across the valley.
"The earnings numbers are not going to be good," he said of the first-quarter results that are about to flow. "We still think that there are opportunities to be buying."
Interestingly, he finds one of those opportunities in one of the biggest names of all.
Recommendation:
"We still like the opportunity that exists in technology, and we like Microsoft for the first time in years," he said. "Microsoft in the teens has gotten cheap enough to be attractive."
