WWE/NBA Spat Is Resolved

The battle between the Pepsi Center and World Wrestling Entertainment is over.

CNBC has learned that Monday Night RAW on May 25 will move from the Pepsi Center to the Staples Center in Los Angeles, so that the Denver Nuggets can play Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers in Denver.

The Lakers, ironically, are a tenant of the Staples Center.

CNBC has also learned that no money, as of yet, changed hands for the inconvenience caused to WWE.

WWE had the date booked since last year, but everything changed when it became clear that the Nuggets playoff home game would conflict with the organization's Monday Night RAW show.

Fans who bought tickets to the WWE event in Denver can have their tickets refunded at the point of purchase.
