The final numbers are in, and Cash for Clunkers ended with bang for Toyota and Honda, which both had three of the top-10 best selling models. Overall, Americans traded in 690,114 gas guzzlers and the Federal government expects to hand out $2.87 Billion in rebates to dealers.
