Following are the day’s biggest winners. Find out why shares of Altria and Potash popped on a big rally day for the market.

POPS (stocks that jumped higher)

Altria Group (MO) popped 2%. The tobacco company higher as Barron’s says the shares are a bargain and could rally to $27.  Barrons recommended it this weekend, that's why it was up, says Karen Finerman.

Arcelormittal (MT) popped 5%. The steel maker higher as commodities rally and on an upgrade to ‘buy’ from ‘neutral’ at MF Global. China's steel demand moved this stock, there's still room to go, says Tim Seymour.

Potash (POT) popped 4%. The company has a high correlation to oil, says Joe Terranova, who sees the stock in an $83-$104 range until

Freeport-McMoran (FCX) popped 5%. The gold miner popping as the commodity hits new record highs. Gold exposure was the big story, but cooper is going up, says Tim Seymour.

Ford (F) popped 6%. The automaker higher, started at a ‘buy’ at Standpoint Research, and as China car sales increased 76% from last year. This stock is headed for it's August 3rd high of $8.86, says Joe Terranova.

JoyGlobal (JOYG) popped 5%.  You just keep getting strength in this whole commodities trade, watch for a conference later this week.
