Laura writes, “Meredith Whitney spoke yesterday saying that banks are over valued. Do you think BofA is over valued at $16?”
Looking at current earnings Bank of America is clearly overvalued, replies Joe Terranova. But it’s all about the race to get to normalized earnings. BofA has traded between 13 and 18. I think if it breaks above $18 get long.

Al writes, “Thank you so much on your pick Flowserve . Bought at $70. Should I sell or buy some more here?”
At $70 I’d say own a full position but at $106 I’d cut it down to half, replies Karen Finerman.

With all of the interest in electric cars, etc., requiring lithium batteries, is there a play for lithium producers or battery makers?
I’d put A123 Systems on the radar, replies Pete Najarian. However it’s a volatile stock.
