Hovnanian was higher in afterhours trading Tuesday after posting its first profit since 2008, but most of its profit came from a one-time tax benefit. Is it time to buy or sell?

QUALITY IN QUALCOMM?
Tech companies are among some of the most cashed up out there, but how are they using it and what should you know?
Qualcomm announced a huge, $3 billion buyback and a dividend increase. The stock surged on the news, but was it the right kind of movement for the tech company?
I still think valuations are extraordinarily fair with these guys, Guy Adami said. I'm buying Qualcomm because I think the stock is very fairly priced.
In spite of the market being up most of the day, Intel did not trade well and Adami thinks it's headed back to $19. Apple he said, is in a position where it needs to prove itself. It needs to close above $216, he said.
