Which state is not among those to legalize medical marijuana?
Medical marijuana remains illegal in Delaware. However, legislation is pending on the state senate's agenda that may change this. Senate Bill 94, known as the Delaware Medical Marijuana Act, would allow consumption, distribution and possession of marijuana for the sole purpose of medicinal use. This regulation would offer protection to patients who use the drug to alleviate such conditions as glaucoma, nausea associated with chemotherapy and loss of appetite associated with AIDS.
