Ares Capital : Cramer called ARCC a “black box,” saying he can’t recommend the stock because he doesn’t know exactly what the private-equity firm owns.

KeyCorp : This company has done a great job of turning itself around, Cramer said, but investors who want a good dividend yield should consider Kinder Morgan Energy Partners or EastGroup Properties instead.
