Lightning Round: Citigroup, ATP Oil & Gas, Annaly and More

Citigroup : "I believe personally that this stock is still headed higher," Cramer said, adding that at this time last year, the stock was roughly 50 cents lower a share. "That's a nice return on a three-and-change basis. I think this time next year it is going to be substantially higher."

Qwest Communications International : With the telecommunications company being sold to CenturyTel, Cramer recommends selling Qwest.

ATP Oil & Gas : Cramer thinks this stock is too speculative. He recommends going with Chevron or ConocoPhilips instead.

Annaly Capital Management : The Mad Money host likes this stocks "big" dividend yield and would stick with this stock.

PAA Natural Gas Storage : Cramer is bullish on PNG.
