Pro golfer Jim Furyk picked a bad time to sleep in. Furyk was late for his pro-am time in The Barclays meaning he has been disqualified from the first of four FedEx Cup playoff events.
Furyk is third in the standings and might not be hurt that badly. Furyk uses his cell phone as an alarm clock and when he woke up he realized he had no power on his phone.
The Tour's policy is anyone missing a pro-am time except for injury or family emergency is ineligible for the tournament.
