Here's what's up on Monday's Squawk on the Street:

--Merger Monday. Several big deals in the works. Southwest Airlines is buying AirTran . Unilever is buying Albert Culver , a hair care company.

--We're talking Treasurys this morning. If you don't know it, there's a more exciting way to play the space rather than buying and selling Treasurys. This morning, we're tracking the ETFs that follow the industry, ETFs like TBT and TIP .

--Plus McDonald's has not had a great month, up only about 2 percent, lagging the Dow. Caterpillar has been doing extremely well, up about 20 percent in the last month. Are these two stocks about to switch places?

--Also this morning, the stocks that could be the key to American happiness. We're talking about Nike , LuluLemon and Apple .
