Is Regis The Next Hedge Fund Hot Stock?

Like to know what the smart money is doing right now? Maybe there’s a way to find out.

They say the Internet has opened up the lines of communication almost everywhere and that includes the most secretive investors out there – hedge funds!

A new site, called Sum Zero, allows hedge fund analysts to share ideas with one another in an online community and one of its members -- David Sackler, of Moab Capital Partners -- agreed to reveal his latest and greatest pick on Fast Money.

He’s bullish Regis. Here’s why:

”Basically RGS is the classic Warren Buffet company. It's a stable durable business that will be here in 100 years. It generates massive amounts of cash flow.

The situation is that the company, headed by Paul Finkelstein, 68, is undergoing a process of strategic alternatives that was announced and began in early August. We believe the company will be sold to a PE firm in the low to mid 20's as described below. Finkelstein's age and disposition are to execute a transaction for the company that's been his life's work, so we believe he'll take even a slightly below market bid.”

Sackler put together a complete and complimentary analysis and pitch for Fast Money viewers. It’s available on the Sum Zero website. Click here to check it out.
