Gov. Ed Rendell's Job Growth Plans

If you want to be a good investor, Cramer said Tuesday, you need a broad view that encompasses more than just the stock market.

That's why Cramer asked Gov. Ed Rendell, the governor of Pennsylvania, to appear on Tuesday's "Mad Money." Cramer describes Rendell as a "pro-growth" Democrat who has criticized his party for not doing enough to create jobs.

For his part, Rendell has been a big promoter of infrastructure spending—something Cramer, and a lot of other people, thinks would create a lot of jobs. The two talked about this and other ways the country could get Americans back to work. Watch the video to see their full conversation.
