Power Rankings: Extreme Reflation Bets

The sharp moves in the turbo-charged gold, silver, energy, small caps, and mining funds all suggest that investors are making big bets on the reflation trade.

What should you make of this list?

These are massive moves, says Brian Kelly. Right now, I’d stay with the momentum. As we move into the end of the year I think there are reasons for markets to melt up.

When I see two and three times levered ETFs going up like this it suggests there’s unbridled enthusiasm in the market, counters Steve Cortes. At these prices I’m all out of love. It's one of the reasons I'm broadly skeptical of the rally.
