What's On: Holiday Shopping, Irish Austerity and Cisco's Low

Here's what's up on Wednesday's Squawk on the Street:

--T'was the last real day before the holiday shopping season ... and we're watching the retailers. On our list: Wal-Mart, Macy's, Target and Tiffany. We're talking about the shopping stocks from large to small, from discount to super expensive.

--The Irish austerity plan comes out today, we'll have the information for you the minute it comes out. It could be a market mover and it could make a lot of people very angry. Speaking of angry, Portugal is bracing for a day-long strike. We're covering that as well.

--Also this morning, Cisco's 52-week low. We'll talk to an analyst to see if he thinks this is a good time to buy in.

--And the airline stocks: American Airlines, Continental and more.

--The Street Poll simply asks if you've started your holiday shopping. Share your answer and watch the big show at 9am eastern.
