This week’s trade is long UnitedHealth Group, a family of companies that touches nearly every aspect of health care, helping people live healthier lives, says their website. You may be familiar with their slogan; 78,000 people looking out for 70 million Americans.

Scaramucci selected this stock as his hedge fund trade of the week as a value play. The stock is owned by value hedge fund mangers including George Soros, David Tepper and John Hussman.

In a nutshell he thinks the stock was oversold as investors dumped health care shares broadly fearing the new legislation.

”The stock has been punished by the Obama health care environment,” Scaramucci explains. “Although there may be near-term volatility we have have a price target of $48 - $50 on this stock,” he says.
