Lightning Round: Boeing, Caterpillar, AMD and More

Nokia : Sell Nokia, Cramer said.

Netflix : While Cramer hasn’t yet gone through the company’s conference call, he’s still bullish on Netflix.

Jabil Circuit : JBL is a buy, Cramer said.

Rare Element Resources : “That’s too speculative for me,” Cramer said. Sell REE. More traditional commodity plays, like copper, are better, which is why he likes Freeport-McMoRan.

Bank of Hawaii : Cramer said a recent downgrade of BOH caused him concern about the stock. He thinks investors should try PNC Financial instead.

Advanced Micro Devices : Sell AMD, Cramer said.

Caterpillar : Cramer said he likes CAT and that any dip on Thursday’s earnings report is an opportunity to buy.

Boeing : Cramer thinks the analysts who downgraded Boeing on concerns about the 787 Dreamliner will soon change their calls. He’s bullish on that new plane and the company, and said the most recent quarter was a buying opportunity.

Altera : “That is a great semi play,” Cramer said. ALTR is a buy.

When this story published, Cramer’s charitable trust owned Boeing and Caterpillar.
