Has the Housing Market Hit Bottom?

Over the last few weeks we've seen many different takes on the housing market. Existing homes numbers are positive. Case-Shiller is negative.

As we slowly, slowly inch toward spring, a traditionally big season for home buying and selling, we want to know if you think we've hit bottom.
