Lightning Round OT
You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

New York Community Bancorp : Cramer thinks this financial institution is underrated. But banks are still in "bear mode," he said. So even though this stock sports a 6 percent dividend yield, he would pass on NYB.

Silver Wheaton : The "Mad Money" host would wait until U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke speaks later this week before buying silver or gold plays. He thinks long-term investors could own the SLV exchange-traded fund now, though.

Molycorp : Having said he recently got this stock wrong, Cramer admits he's not the one to make a call on MCP.
