Citigroup : "The banks are forever, it seems, in the crosshairs of the U.S. Government," Cramer said Tuesday. For that reason, the "Mad Money" host said he can't recommend any banks right now. But the fact that Citi is in a lot of emerging markets may help it eventually, he said.
Companhia Siderurgica Nacional : Sell this Brazilian steel company, Cramer said, because he thinks the world is going to be in glut in steel.
Visa : Cramer said Visa had a lot of government interference, but believes it is clear sailing now for the San Francisco-based company. He said it needs two earning reports to get to par. He would buy it.
