Lightning Round: InterDigital, PNC Financial Services, Aflac and More

Advance America, Cash Advance Centers : This cash advance services name is a winner, Cramer said. He would buy.

InterDitigal : The "Mad Money" host recommends this stock dramatically lower. If you own it, he would take profits right here.

International Paper: Temple-Inland rejected International Paper's tender offer, and Cramer hopes IP doesn't overpay to acquire the company. However, he thinks CEO John Faraci is terrific. So if wants to pay more, Cramer is going to stick with him and IP.

PNC Financial Services: While Cramer doesn't like most bank stock, he's bullish on PNC Financial.

Aflac : This is one of the few insurance companies Cramer doesn't want to own. He doesn't like their insurance portfolio.

UGI : This gas transmission company just terrific and very well run, Cramer said. It has advanced high, but he is still a buyer.
