Time to Buy Semiconductor Stocks?

Tuesday, 13 Sep 2011 | 7:10 PM ET

When the negative seasonality of technology ends, which is usually right about now, you have to start buying, Cramer said Tuesday. So which tech stocks are the most attractive?

To find out, Cramer went “Off the Charts” with the help of highly regarded Wall Street technician Tim Collins.

Collins thinks that semiconductors are the place to be. While the stocks in the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index have been the losers of the tech sector, Collins thinks that underperformance is about to change.

And if that happens, Cramer wants homegamers to be in individual stocks. He thinks the best names in the group are NVIDIA and ARM Holdings .
