TIBCO Software is doing so well, it may have a hard time staying independent, Cramer said Thursday.

The software maker reported a terrific quarter back on September 22nd. It was a “fabulous” beat and many of its end markets were on fire—retail was up 42 percent, energy was up 85 percent and telco was up 70 percent. Plus, the company has exposure to some of the hottest trends in tech.
