3 Health Care Winners, Regardless of Ruling

Are you among the throngs of investors attempting to gauge the temperature of the Supreme Court and what they’ll say about the individual mandate?

Top investors Kris Jenner, of the T. Rowe Price health sciences fund says there’s a better way to trade.

Forget the individual mandate – that is the controversial part of Obamacare that would compel people to buy health insurance.

Instead, he’s identified 3 stocks that win, no matter how the court rules.

First Jenner suggests long positions in Amerigroup and Centene as beneficiaries of changes in Medicaid.

“One element that we think is going to grow is the overall expansion of the Medicaid program for indigent individuals. There are many states that are going to outsource care of this population to companies such as AGP and CNC," Jenner says.

Both companies are mid-caps. If you prefer something bigger, Jenner says his favorite name is United Healthcare.

“It’s the largest of the HMO’s – and they have wave after wave of new and thoughtful products and innovations relating to what really ails this country – bringing health care costs down and improving outcomes.”

Jenner says “it’s best positioned for whatever happens. And with this stock you can sleep at night.”
