Next week, representatives from Bravo, the network that airs the show, will be hosting open casting calls in New York for a show about that's city's tech scene.
The casting calls were originally scheduled for this Thursday at the Dream in midtown, but a person familiar with the matter said the event was pushed back because of a "flood of inquiries."
An exact day, location and time have not yet been provided, but we'll be sure to post details as soon as they are revealed.
While a NYC-based tech reality TV show most likely won't be a direct spin-off of the Silicon Valley version, it will have a tech-focused theme, according to a report.
Zuckerberg said that she was looking to see what "techie opportunities" there were in NYC for a show, according to a Wall Street Journal report.
Bravo is owned by NBC Universal, CNBC's parent company
