After-Hours Buzz: GMCR, GRPN & More

Check out which companies are making headlines after the bell Tuesday:

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters- The specialty coffee company reported earnings of 64 cents on revenue of $947 million, blowing past expectations for 48 cents a share on sales of $903 million. In addition, the firm raised its current quarter earnings guidance to above expectations, sending shares sharply higher in extended-hours trading. (Click here for after-hours quote.)

Groupon - The daily deal website's board members have been discussing making leadership changes at the company, including bringing in a new CEO, though changes are unlikely to happen anytime in the near-term, according to a report from AllThingsD. Shares rose in extended-hours trading. (Click here for after-hours quote.)

Analog Devices- The semiconductor company reported earnings of 58 cents a share, excluding one-time items, on revenue of $695 million. Analysts expected the firm to post earnings of 56 cents a share on revenue of $697 million. Shares fell in extended-hours trading. (Click here for after-hours quote.)

Cowen initiated coverage of LinkedIn and Pandora with a "neutral" rating. Meanwhile, the brokerage rated Amazon.com and Google as "outperform," and took a "neutral" position on Netflix, Yahoo and InterActiveCorp .

PVH - The parent company of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein posted a profit of $2.34 a share, ex-items. The firm reported revenue of $1.64 billion, in line with expectations. (Click here for after-hours quote.)

Focus Media - The Chinese advertising agency posted earnings of 71 cents a share, excluding one-time items, edging past expectations by a penny a share. But revenue fell slightly short of expectations, sending shares lower in extended-hours trading. (Click here for after-hours quote.)

McCormick - The packaged goods manufacturer increased its quarterly dividend by 9.7 percent to 34 cents a share from 31 cents a share. (Click here for after-hours quote.)

Splunk - The tech company's co-founder Erik Swan will retire from the firm's board but will remain as Chief Technology Officer. Splunk is scheduled to post earnings on Thursday. (Click here for after-hours quote.)

Vodafone - RW Baird initiated coverage for the telecom company with an "outperform" rating and a price target of $30. (Click here for after-hours quote.)
