Europe Has Fundamental Problems That Can't Be Resolved by the ECB: Roubini

Nouriel Roubini, CEO of Roubini Global Economics, told CNBC, "there is a recession throughout Europe, United States economic growth is very anaemic below 2 percent, there is a slow-down also right now in China."
